To deliver the work properly, you agree to provide the information, access and approvals needed for the project.
This can include access to your website, CMS, hosting, domain, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads account or any other relevant platform.
You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.
Delays in access, feedback, approvals, content, images, logins or payment can delay the work. Sejuce Digital is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late approvals or third-party access issues.

All fees will be outlined in your proposal, agreement, invoice or written confirmation.
Payment must be made by the due date shown on the invoice.

Refunds are not provided for completed work, work already started, time already spent, strategy already delivered, content already created or services already provided.
Ongoing services remain payable until cancelled in line with the agreed cancellation terms.
4. SEO Results
SEO is not instant and results are not guaranteed.
Search engines use their own algorithms, ranking systems and updates. We do not control Google, Bing or any other search engine.
Sejuce Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, enquiry numbers, sales, revenue or business outcomes.
We work to improve the structure, content, technical setup and search performance of your website based on the agreed scope. Results depend on many factors, including competition, website condition, budget, search demand, content quality, authority, industry, location and algorithm changes.
5. Website and SEO Structure
Some websites need structural work before SEO can scale properly.
If your website is limited, custom coded, difficult to update, thin on content, missing key pages or not built with SEO in mind, we can recommend website restructuring, page rebuilds, CMS setup or additional content work.
Any website restructure, rebuild, extra page creation or development work will be included only if it is listed in the agreed scope.
6. Google Ads
If Google Ads services are included, Sejuce Digital manages the setup, structure, targeting, ad copy, campaign optimisation and reporting based on the agreed scope.
Google Ads spend is separate from management fees unless stated otherwise.
Advertising spend is paid directly to Google or through the relevant advertising platform. Sejuce Digital does not guarantee clicks, leads, conversions, sales or return on ad spend.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
We use third-party platforms and tools to provide our services. This can include Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEO software, reporting tools, hosting providers, WordPress plugins and other systems.
You agree to the terms of those third-party platforms where applicable.
Sejuce Digital is not responsible for outages, errors, restrictions, account suspensions, platform changes, tracking issues or delays caused by third-party tools or services.
8. Intellectual Property
Reports, strategy documents, content, website materials, campaign assets and other deliverables created by Sejuce Digital remain our property until full payment has been received.
Once full payment has been received, you receive the right to use the delivered materials for your own business.
Sejuce Digital retains ownership of its internal systems, processes, templates, frameworks, know-how, methods and strategy approach.
9. Client Content and Approvals
You are responsible for reviewing and approving content, claims, business information, pricing, legal wording, service details and any industry-specific requirements before publication.
Sejuce Digital is not responsible for inaccurate claims, outdated business information or compliance issues where the information was supplied or approved by you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sejuce Digital is not liable for loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, reputational damage, search engine ranking changes, algorithm updates, penalties caused by prior work, third-party platform issues or indirect loss.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to Sejuce Digital for the relevant service in the previous one month.
11. Termination
Either party can terminate services by giving written notice, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
You remain responsible for all fees, work completed, work started, committed costs and services provided up to the termination date.
Sejuce Digital can suspend or terminate services if invoices remain unpaid, access is removed, communication stops, required information is not provided, or the working relationship becomes unreasonable or unworkable.
12. Changes to Services
Any change to scope, timelines, deliverables, platforms, pages, campaigns or additional work must be agreed in writing.
